Parent says child forced to urinate in trash can

Guam - A parent filed a complaint at Agueda Johnston Middle School this morning, claiming that the teacher forced her child to urinate in a trash can in front of the entire class. Principal Naomi Taitingfong could only confirm the complaint and that they are investigating the incident.

She says a recommendation on what steps should be taken about the incident will be sent to the superintendent once they get all the facts.
