Guam - It looks like we'll have to wait another month to see what the Guam Environmental Protection Agency will do about that illegal dump in Yigo that a few months ago caught fire and forced the evacuation of nearby residents.  They were scheduled to discuss the appeal filed by the owner of the property, Joseph Taitano.

The Guam EPA is trying to come to a resolution with Taitano, who could face between $5,000-$10,000 in fines.  Taitano was issued a notice of violation and order of compliance for the illegal operation of hardfill in December 2008.

The hearing was continued for another 30 days.
