They were scheduled to discuss the appeal filed by the owner of the property, Joseph Taitano.
The Guam EPA is trying to come to a resolution with Taitano, who could face between $5,000-$10,000 in fines. Taitano was issued a notice of violation and order of compliance for the illegal operation of hardfill in December 2008.
The hearing was continued for another 30 days.
