Guam - After more than a year in the making, legislation containing the Chamorro Land Trust Commission's rules and regulations governing its commercial lease program will have a public hearing tonight.  The draft rules were approved back in May by the CLTC board.

Some of the initiatives include that Chamorros who apply for a commercial lease would receive a discounted rate. A moratorium on commercial leases is in effect until the policies are approved.

The hearing on Bill 422 gets underway at 6pm.
