Agana Heights man wrecks public property
Early Monday morning 46-year-old William L. Gay, Jr. from Agana Heights was arrested for burglary, criminal mischief, and destruction of government property.

Guam - Early Monday morning 46-year-old William L. Gay, Jr. from Agana Heights was arrested for burglary, criminal mischief, and destruction of government property. He was seen holding a crow bar by an employee of the Agana Heights Mayor's office. Both the senior citizens center and the maintenance shop showed signs of attempted entry.
Gay has since been released.
