Guam - Department of Education teacher Frederick Fernsler's change of plea hearing was rescheduled to later this month. Fernsler is accused of inappropriately touching a female student. He was arrested last year after police searched his classroom at D.L. Perez Elementary School in yigo and found hidden cameras inside.

The hearing is scheduled for August 31.
