Guam - Alcohol Beverage Control officer Gerard Cabana is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court today to find out when his case will go to trial. He was indicted last year on charges of solicitation as a 3rd degree felony and official misconduct as a misdemeanor.  Cabana is accused of trying to extort money from the Cinderella Karaoke Club in Tumon.

Cabana is the same employee who was terminated from the Guam International Airport for allegedly stealing money from a parking lot scam.  He was later found not guilty by a jury.
