Port looking into possible info leak

Guam - The Attorney General's Office is reviewing a request from Port Authority of Guam general manager Enrique Agustin to investigate a possible leak in information.  Agustin's concerns center around a protest submitted on behalf of Harbour Centre, one of the companies that bid on the Port's performance management contract. 

The AG's Office has confirmed they have received the letter and are reviewing it, but have no further comment on the matter at this time.
