Child abuse complaint leads to man's arrest

Guam - A 38-year-old man from the central village of Chalan Pago was placed behind bars after police responded to a report of child abuse.  Officers from the Hagatna Precinct responded to the complaint and arrested Alvin Gerald Naputi San Nicolas on several charges including 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, child abuse, felonious restraint, and family violence.
