Former DOA staffer to change CSC plea

Guam - Marianito Bautista is scheduled to appear in court today to change his plea.  The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct, as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.

He's scheduled to change his plea today before Superior Court Judge Arthur Barcinas.
