Guam - The Joint Guam Program Office issued a release clarifying that any comments received regarding the Final Environmental Impact Statement will be consolidated and made available for consideration to Assistant Secretary of the Navy Jackalyne Pfannensteil, prior to completing the Record of Decision.

The law firm representing the National and Guam Preservation trusts wrote letters to Pfannensteil expressing concerns about JGPO's statements that comments that can be submitted must be new and not previously brought up in the Draft EIS process.
