Guam - The Department of Education will finally have a completely outsourced contract for its breakfast and lunch program with King's Restaurant. The Guam Attorney General's Office today signed the contract, which will be used for the entire school year.

The contract has been tied up in litigation since last year, forcing DOE to continuously renew its outsourced food services on a month-to-month basis. The contract now awaits the final signature and approval from Governor Felix Camacho.
