Guam - Vincent Cepeda Sablan was arrested for allegedly taking nude photos of a 6-year-old girl with his mobile phone. Court documents state that he allegedly took the minor's clothes off before taking explicit photos of her. The mother of the victim caught him in the act and immediately called the police. 

Sablan was charged with possession of child pornography and child abuse. He was released today on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond, and has a preliminary hearing set for September 1 before Judge Steven Unpingco.
