AAFB reopens; bomb threat caused lockdown

The lockdown was ordered due to a bomb threat at the Yigo military installation, with officials writing, "Base personnel were ordered to shelter-in-place while base officials called in explosive ordnance disposal experts from here to investigate the threat".

Guam - Andersen Air Force Base is no longer under lockdown. According to a media release the lockdown was ordered due to a bomb threat at the Yigo military installation, with officials writing, "Base personnel were ordered to shelter-in-place while base officials called in explosive ordnance disposal experts from here to investigate the threat". 

The press release did not provide any other details.
