Guam - As a result of traffic delays throughout the island, Acting Governor Mike Cruz has called for a meeting for tomorrow morning to come up with options to alleviate the ongoing congestion.  He's invited the Department of Public Works, a representative from the Division of Federal Highways, and the chief of the Guam Police Department to attend.

He says he will ask them to consider the use of bypass lanes, a change in government hours of operation from 9am-6pm, allowing for lighter traffic flow, and the execution of construction work after normal working hours.
