CCU approves GPA's 2011 budget

Guam - The Guam Power Authority's Fiscal Year 2011 budget was passed last night at a meeting of the Consolidated Commission on Utilities.  Other than the addition of several capital improvement and operations and maintenance projects, the agency stuck pretty close to last year's budget.

The agency also plans to begin several projects funded by a recently acquired bond.
