Arraignment soon for former OHS staffer

Guam - 44-year-old David Castro will have to wait until August 18 before he's officially arraigned.   He was arrested in July for possessing the drug Ice.  When police conducted a traffic pullover, Castro, along with Charles Pinaula, Jr. and Horace Westfall, was seen trying to the throw the drugs out the window.    

Castro was terminated from his job at the Guam Office of Homeland Security.
