Guam - The Department of Public Works evidently didn't realize when the federal court ordered it to remove old cars and tires it meant on its entirety Upper Tumon property. The agency only removed the junk that was near the Solid Waste Division. DPW has since issued a purchase order to remove the old vehicles and tires, but will have the Guam Police Department remove their share of junk on their own.

According to the status report filed with the District Court today, some of the debris belongs to GPD; likewise they will be appearing in the federal court tomorrow along with DPW to present a progress report.
