By KUAM NewsGuam - If you'd like to submit a comment on the Final Environmental Impact Statement on the military buildup, comment sheets with a suggested format are available at village mayor's office for residents to pick up and return by Tuesday, August 24.
All comments will be transmitted to the Department of the Navy's Joint Guam Program Office in Washington, DC as part of the governor's official response regarding the Final EIS.
