CHB president De Castro in court

A criminal trial setting is scheduled today for CHB president Cynthia De Castro.  She is accused of allegedly bribing a Department of Public Works employee.

Guam - A criminal trial setting is scheduled today for CHB president Cynthia De Castro.  She is accused of allegedly bribing a Department of Public Works employee. De Castro pleaded not guilty to charges of giving a bribe and two counts of giving a bribe to a building inspector, Timothy Gonzaga.

She's scheduled to appear before Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Barrett Anderson.
