Police respond to disturbance at karaoke lounge

Guam - A 33-year-old man is behind bars after police responded to a reported disturbance at the Cloud 9 Karaoke Lounge in Tamuning. Police say individuals at the scene pointed out Robert Dean Santos Adkins and confiscated a weapon from him.

He was confined and charged with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, resisting arrest, use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, and eluding a police officer.
