Man arrested for rash of vehicle burglaries

Guam - Criminal investigation agents arrested a 35-year-old man on Saturday while following-up on a rash of vehicle break-ins within the Hagatna, Barrigada and Tumon areas. Glenn Pangelinan Aflague from Yona was arrested and charged with 15 counts of burglary to a vehicle, 15 counts of theft of property, 15 counts of criminal mischief, 3 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and 3 counts of identity theft.

He was booked and confined.
