By KUAM NewsGuam - The Western Pacific Fisheries Management Council is holding an informational scoping meeting on Guam this week. The Council is soliciting comments on the management of the bottom fishery within the EEZ of the Mariana Islands.
The meeting is scheduled for this Friday at 7pm at the Fishermen's Coop in Hagatna.
