Several bills up for discussion in session

Several bills are on their agenda including Bill 413, which provides for the construction of a new northern high school; as well as Bill 424, which would do away with an elected school board and instead allow the governor of Guam to appoint members.

Guam - Lawmakers are engaged in a legislative session today.  Several bills are on their agenda including Bill 413, which provides for the construction of a new northern high school; as well as Bill 424, which would do away with an elected school board and instead allow the governor of Guam to appoint members.
