Tamuning man arrested outside steakhouse

Guam - A 27-year-old Tamuning man is spending some time in jail.  Officers from the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct responded to a disturbance behind Lone Star Steakhouse, arresting Donnell Llilau for public drunkenness, aggravated assault, and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
