Guam - Three of the suspects involved in the alleged murder of 31-year-old Vince Bernardo Peredo were back in the Superior Court of Guam this week.  Derrick Cruz and Cal Jerome Delorie were ordered by the court to give blood samples to the Guam Police Department for testing. The judge also ordered that the samples be preserved for prosecution.

Meanwhile, a stipulation for Darren Cruz was re-filed by the Attorney General's Office to have his case heard in the family court, where he will be charged with criminal facilitation. The three along with Zared Zermaine Lizama and Shayne Terlaje were charged with murder as a 1st degree felony, aggravated murder as a 1st degree felony, burglary as a 2nd degree felony, a special allegation of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, and conspiracy to commit burglary.

They are accused of breaking into Peredo's Yona home this past March, where they allegedly beat him and left him for dead before stealing bags of marijuana.
