Guam - The amended plea agreement for former Guam Department of Labor Alien Processing and Certification Division Administrator Linda San Nicolas was filed with the U.S. District Court of Guam.  It solidifies the fact that she solicited bribes from two local companies to ensure their H-2b worker applications were processed.

She's scheduled to be sentenced November 4.  She faces a maximum sentence of no more than ten years and a $250,000 fine.
