3 adults, 1 minor arrested for balati harvesting

Guam - Four people were arrested as a result of Wednesday's massive balati bust in Mangilao.  Nearly 12,000 sea cucumbers were confiscated at home in the central village. Arrested were 18-year-old D.J. Louis, 22-year-old Karnetson Louis, 27-year-old Saksen Sellem and a 17-year-old minor.

They were charged with exceeding and harvesting of bag limits of invertebrates. All four were booked and released. Conservation officers said the balati was taken from East Agana and were supposedly going to use for a social gathering.
