University of Guam president Dr. Robert Underwood has announced the eighth presentation in his Presidential Lecture Series featuring the Honorable William Lynn III, the deputy secretary of defense.

By KUAM NewsGuam - University of Guam president Dr. Robert Underwood has announced the eighth presentation in his Presidential Lecture Series featuring the Honorable William Lynn III, the deputy secretary of defense. Lynn will speak on strategic issues in the region.
The lecture will take place next Tuesday at UOG's School of Business and Public Administration in Mangilao beginning at 11:10am. The public is invited to attend.
