Family confirms ID of man killed in crash

Guam - Family members have confirmed the identity of the 21-year-old man who died in this weekend's car crash in Dededo.  The driver was identified as Lance Davis.  Police are still investigating the crash. 

Davis was driving his car on Route 3 when for unknown reasons he lost control and struck a concrete utility pole.  His death marks the tenth traffic-related fatality this year to date.
