By KUAM NewsGuam - Heads-up, motorists: next Tuesday, Public Works will be breaking ground in Tamuning to launch a project to resurface Route 14 or Chalan San Antonio. Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Company was awarded the $9.2 million project located on Route 14 and runs from Route 1 to the Archbishop Felixberto Flores Circle.
