Texas senator calls Guam “foreign base”

First it was Congressman Hank Johnson who was concerned about the military buildup and it potentially forcing the island to tip over, and now Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson during a markup hearing in the nation's capitol that was calling Guam a foreign base.
