Guam - Police arrested a pair for allegedly snatching a purse from a tourist in Tumon. 23-year-old Anthony Conception Sablan and 26-year-old John Michael Quintanilla Santos were charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery after the two allegedly jumped out of their vehicle near the Reef Hotel and grabbed one of the female tourist's purse, and then fled the area.

A witness noticed the robbery and took down the license plate number. The two were located within Hemlani Apartments in Harmon, and the stolen purse was recovered.
