Guam - Two men were arrested for allegedly illegally fishing in the Tumon marine preserves. Conservation officers with the department of agriculture's aquatic and wildlife took 37-year-old Tasichy Reim and 19-year-old Ides Sumang of Barrigada into custody for catching non target species.

Officers confiscated a talaya net and 55 pieces of assorted reef fish. The pair were charged with a special regulation applied to select marine preserves and were booked and released.
