Drug trial beginning in federal court
Trial is scheduled to get underway tomorrow in federal court. Andres Sotelo and Sophia Vivas San Agustin are charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine hydrochloride, conspiracy to import and distribution.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Trial is scheduled to get underway tomorrow in federal court. Andres Sotelo and Sophia Vivas San Agustin are charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine hydrochloride, conspiracy to import and distribution. Sotelo and San Agustin are accused of conspiring with Gina Medina, Richard David, James Damaso and others to import more than 50 grams of the drug Ice.
The two have pleaded not guilty.
Meanwhile, a superseding indictment was handed down against Sotelo for additional drug charges.
