Suba back at GPD as captain

Guam - Today marked the first full day on the job for the return of Captain Paul Suba. An Attorney General's opinion issued last week allowed for his return. Because Suba didn't retire like he said he was and because he wasn't fired by the Camacho Administration, it allowed for him to make a comeback to the Guam Police Department.

According to agency spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia, Acting Chief of Police Frank Ishizaki hasn't decided where Suba will be assigned; rather, he's still in a transition mode.
