Guam - The Healthcare Committee has a big public hearing ahead of them, as this Wednesday the Compassionate Health Care Act of 2010 will go up for public testimony.  Bill 423, introduced by Senator Rory Respicio, would allow the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes only.

It would also create cannabis dispensaries known as "compassionate care centers", which would make medicinal cannabis available for patients. The hearing on the measure is scheduled for 9am at the Guam Legislature.
