Guam - There's still no movement on a contract to hire a third-party fiduciary agent for the Department of Education. According to Supply and Procurement Administrator Brian Mafnas, they're still negotiating a contract with the chosen vendor.

He says DOE is working with the Attorney General's Office to make sure the contract is in compliance with Guam law. Mafnas says the name of the chosen company cannot be revealed until a contract has been awarded.

He couldn't say when DOE plans to have one in place.
