Hearings set for new school, press freedom

Guam - A public hearing will be held on Wednesday on several bills to include Bill 413, which is an act relative to the construction of a new northern high school. The Committee on Economic Development, Health and Human Services will also receive testimony on Bill 398 relative to protecting journalists and the freedom of the press and to add penalties for violating that right.

The hearings get underway this Wednesday beginning at 9am at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
