By KUAM NewsGuam - Sanctuary, Inc. has established a rural host homes program, which provides alternative placement to runaway and homeless youth between the ages of 12 to 17, as they work towards family unification. A free workshop was held today at the Westin Resort.
The objective of the event was to promote the overall concept of host homes and foster care on island.
