GWA developing online bill payment system

Guam - The Guam Waterworks Authority is hoping to provide better service in the coming months when it comes to paying your water bill. According to GWA Spokesperson Heidi Ballendorf, the agency is hoping to get a system up by October so that residents can pay their bills online.

"I believe we're going to soon be moving to the same paying over the phone," she said.  "There's another added convenience and certainly we need to get in compliance. We're working as quickly as we can but certainly before October."

Residents currently have to wait in line to pay their bill in the offices in Upper Tumon.
