Guam - The Department of Public Works is expected to award a bid next week to a company for the cleanup of oil drums that have been sitting on its Upper Tumon property for decades.  The General Services Agency has been reviewing bids that were received for the court-ordered project.

There are more than 1,800 drums at DPW's compound that were ordered to be removed.  Officials expect the bid to be awarded on Monday.
