Guam - The Guam Election Commission has completed its review of candidate petitions for the upcoming primary election for Decision 2010.  And according to staffers at the agency, two individuals who were hoping to run in the senatorial race didn't have the required amount of signatures - Democrat Amanda Santos and Republican Alan Salas.

The GEC's board of directors meanwhile will meet next Wednesday to verify the official list of candidates that will be on the September ballot.
