Restitution hearing for Edith Surigao

Guam - A further proceedings and restitution hearing is scheduled today for Edith Surigao. She pleaded guilty last year to drafting fraudulent court documents purporting that a local company owed her family a $14,000,000 settlement to purchase several vehicles.

She started serving her six-month sentence on weekends back in January.
