New prison in talks this week

Guam - The Department of Corrections will meet with lawmakers tomorrow afternoon to create the enabling legislation that deals with the construction of a new prison facility. DepCor J.B. Palacios says the legislation is needed in order for the request for interest process to begin.
The new facility is estimated to cost some $37 million.
