Big Navy commander moving to DC
After three years as the Naval Base Guam Commanding Officer, Captain Scott Galbraith will be attending the National Defense University in Washington, DC.

Guam - After three years as the Naval Base Guam Commanding Officer, Captain Scott Galbraith will be attending the National Defense University in Washington, DC. Assuming command will be Captain Richard K. Wood II, who recently served as the E-2 Requirements Officer and Section Head in the Information Dominance Directorate on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations at The Pentagon.
A change of command ceremony is scheduled for Thursday at the Naval Base Guam Big Screen Theater with Joint Region Marianas Commander Rear Admiral Paul Bushong as guest speaker.
