By KUAM NewsGuam - If you're looking to help promote recycling, the Guam Coastal Management team is looking for individuals to help residents recycle at the Liberation Carnival in Hagatna. Program coordinator Tammy Jo Taft says individuals have volunteered their time to help separate trash on carnival grounds.
