Staffer demands apology from federal team

A Step II Grievance was filed with the Department of Mental Health by Psychiatric Technician I Dolores San Nicolas, who is seeking a formal apology from the federal management team.  The grievance was submitted to the District Court for Judge Consuelo Marshall's review.
