Elderly man arrested for Mangilao crash

Guam - Police arrested 76-year-old Quinn Quiblat on charges of vehicular homicide, 2 counts of not wearing a seatbelt, and failure to yield before entering a thorough highway.  Quiblat was the driver of a Ford Focus that collided with a Ford Explorer on University Drive in Mangilao last month.

The crash resulted in the death of Dolores Quiblat, who was a passenger in the back of the car.   Quiblat's death was the ninth traffic-related fatality of the year.
