GPA launches new Julale Center office

The Guam Power Authority officially opened its new Agana Satellite Office in the Julale Shopping Center. GPA Assistant Customer Service Supervisor Richard Barciman says the relocation from the Agana Shopping Center will still provide a great service to the 45% of customers that use the central facility.
