Board to assess Underwood's performance

It's a question the Guam Education Policy Board will answer when they meet today to get the annual evaluation of the superintendent. The review includes a look at the 14 points of the Every Child is Entitled to An Adequate Public Education Act and will determine how Underwood has managed to tackle the problems plaguing the agency and find solutions.
The board is also expected to discuss the board union support staff contract, teacher evaluation programs, and financial matters. The meeting takes place tonight beginning at 6 o'clock at the DOE Conference Room in Hagatna.
